NFF didn't withdraw car from Siasia-Amaju

By Our Reporter
NIGERIA Football Federation (NFF) boss, Amaju Pinnick has rebuffed coach Samson Saisia's comment that he was done with the national teams after the Glass House withdrew his official car from him, reports NaijaSportsXtra.blogspot.com.
Siasia who led the nation's U-23 team (Dream Team) to win bronze, and the country's only medal at the Rio Olympics told a national daily that: “Even before I returned from the Olympics, the only car they gave me, they took it away from my wife. That is just awesome.
“That is not how to treat someone who was out there seeking glory for the nation. Let them eat their national team.”
Pinnick on his official twitter handle @PinnickAmaju on Saturday replied to
@KelvinAmata tweets.
Dear @thenff any wrong treatment meted to @OfficialSiasia is unacceptable! He is a national hero; deserves respect not disdain@PinnickAmaju.
Dear @thenff is it true you withdrew @OfficialSiasia car while away at Olympics? Is he still an NFF employee? Answer, pls @PinnickAmaju.
@PinnickAmaju@KelvinAmata, "Hhis car wasn't withdrawn as far as I know. External Auditors were carrying out audit of all properties of the NFF.
@boluyinkaFNST sincerely, why should we do that? Those are made up stories. Kindly ignore."
recall Siasia also claimed that he has not been contacted by any staff of the Sports Ministry or Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), since he arrived from the Games.
