Pinnick said on his twitter handle @PinnickAmaju on Wednesday morning while chatting with some fans.
"@dozieokafor, kindly note that it is the responsibility of the Nigeria Olympic Committee (NOC) to move the team. The transfer system in the banks is very slow.
"It shall be well. Thank you.
"We are working seriously with the Ministry and the NOC now. It will be ok."
The Samson Siasia team was stranded in Atlanta, USA, where they had gone for training tour ahead of the competition, after the chartered airline refused to leave until full payments were made.
The delay means the team will arrive in Brazil less than 36 hours before the opening match against Japan on Friday.
Recall the Japanese lost 2-0 to Brazil in a tune-up game on Monday.
Nigeria is in Group B alongside Sweden, Colombia and Japan.
