RUSSIA 2018:FIFA list jinx Grisha for Zambai, Nigeria tie

CONTROVERSIAL ref Ghead Grisha has been named by the World football governing body, FIFA to officiate the Russia 2018 World Cup qualifying match between Zambia’s Chipolopolo and Nigeria’s Super Eagles, reports NaijaSposrtXtra.blogspot.com.
The 1st leg group game is billed for Ndola on Sunday, 9th October 2016.
Grisha, 40, who officiated Eagles 1-1 stalemate against the Copper Bullets in the 2013 AFCON at the Mbombela Stadium in Nelspruit, South  Africa will  be assisted by fellow Egyptians Tahssen Abo El Sadat Bedyer (assistant referee 1), Ahmed Hossameldin Taha (assistant referee 2) and Ibrahim Noureldin (Fourth Official).
Also appointed is renown former FIFA referee Zeli Sinko (from Cote d’Ivoire), who will serve as referee assessor, while former Ghana FA president Mahamadu Nuru Deen Jawula will be match commissioner.
The match has been scheduled to kick off at the Levy s Stadium in Ndola at 2.30pm Zambia time (1.30pm Nigeria time) on Sunday, 9th October.
Recall Eagles have only won once with Grisha as ref in a 2015 AFCON qualifiers against Congo, while except Warri Wolves in the CAF Champions League, no Nigeria Premier League teams, Rangers and Enyimba has won a game with the Egyptian in charge.
The Flying Antelopes in the 2013 Champions League were held  at home by visiting LIbolo of Angola while Enyimba in the 2011 Champions League quarter final 1st leg game lost to Wydad Casablanca.
