EX-Junior International, Tarila Okoronwanta and ex-Super Falcons midfielder, Rita Nwadike are among the over 100 participants for a two –week further CAF ‘C’ License Course organized by the Nigeria Football Federation, reports NaijaSportsXtra.blogspot.com
The program which began on Sunday at the NFF/FIFA Technical Centre, Abuja will see the Mexico 83 FIFA World Youth Championship star, now 51 and other former international players Akin Akinseinde, Sani Adamu and Arthur Madueme study hard to be awarded their coaching license alongside 41-year-old former Rivers Angels ace and Efioanwan Ekpo.
NFF’s Technical Director, Coach Bitrus Bewarang did inform that arrangements are already being finalized for the concluding part of the CAF ‘A’ Course, which first part held some months ago.
“We are already planning for the concluding part of the CAF ‘A’ Course. Our plan is to commence this concluding part on 23rd October. You know the elite Coaches who are for the program are presently on break, with the conclusion of the Nigeria Professional Football League season.”
Highly experienced CAF instructors Chief Adegboye Onigbinde, Mr. James Peters, Chief Kashimawo Laloko and Bewarang are taking charge of the programme, being coordinated by former Nigerian international and NFF Assistant Director (Technical), Siji Lagunju.
