NIGER Tornadoes held Nigeria Premier League (NPL) defending champions, Rangers International of Enugu to a 1-1 draw in a pre-season tune-up game played at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium, Benin City, reports NaijaSportsXtra.blogspot.com.
