New Media Journalists hails LMC on organization of Super 4

NEW Media Journalists (NMJ) have praised the League Management Company (LMC) for organizing the Super Four tournament as part of preparations for teams participating in the continental competitions in 2017.
Enugu Rangers, Rivers United, FC Ifeanyi Ubah and Wikki Tourists are the teams to benefit from the NPFL 2016 Super Four as they unleash their new recruits in the tourney which began Wednesday.
In an official press statement, the New Media Journalists stated that the Super Four was a good follow up to the pre-season programmes. It will ensure that the club continue playing in a competitive environment ahead of their quest against other African clubs.
"This is the perfect move because playing the Super Four will give the teams exposure and they will also get confidence."
"The LMC has given these teams the platform to showcase their talents and also test their new players. This will aid cohesion and team spirit."
"The pre-games has also been very helpful because it has helped them maintain their match fitness. But the real deal is the Super Four. We need to see these teams in a competitive stage.
"We will have formidable teams when the CAF Champions League and Confederation Cup gets underway because the clubs would have gathered enough experience and they will know what is required of them."
"This is a very good job on the part of the LMC which deserves to be appreciated."
The tournament holds at the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium in Enugu from December 7 to 10 , with Enugu Rangers, Rivers United, FC Ifeanyi Ubah and Wikki Tourists participating.
