REMO Stars captain, Victor Mboama and goalkeeper, Walbe David are out of tomorrow's rescheduled Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) Matchday 8 fixture against IfeanyiUbah, reports NaijaSportsXtra.blogspot.com.
Recall The Anambra Warriors traveled for their CAF Confederation Cup but were knocked out via penalties to Al Masry of Egypt after a 1-1 draw on aggregate.
The duo limped off after sustaining ankle injuries in last weekend south-west derby game against Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM FC) of Lagos at the Agege Stadium.
Mboama and David who had their ankles wrapped with ice, will miss the game the Sagamu based team informed.
Meanwhile, Coach Fatai Osho has assured fans that his Remo Stars squad will start winning their Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) games in no time.
Osho's three match unbeaten run came to an end after his Sky Blues Stars lost by a lone goal scored by season top scorer Stephen Odey.
"Everytime we play, we try to win but it has not been happening. We don't have to drop our heads but I believe the boys will start winning with time." Osho assured.
