Ukeiyema suffers double fracture

AKOMBO Ukeiyema is set to be on the sidelines for many weeks for Lobi Stars of Makurdi after suffering a double fracture on his left shoulder.

The lanky striker landed awkwardly following a challenge from a Shooting Stars defender as they both contested for a ball possession.

Akombo who was given on the pitch treatment, was later rushed to a hospital were his shoulder was then wrapped in Platter of Paris (POP).

Recall the Food Basket side lost the Match Day 11 game 3-0, as an Ajani Ibrahim opening goal and a brace from Ajayi Junior sealed the 3 points for the Oluyole Warriors.
