Abia Warriors battle Bayelsa Utd, Dolphins in Omoku

By Rasaq Oboirien
ABIA Warriors have line-up a pre-season friendly game against Bayelsa United and Dolphins FC.
NaijaSportsXtra gathered from the team's General Coordinator, Godsin at their Omoku camp in Rivers State.

"So far so good the team's preparation is in top gear as we await the new season kick-off.
"We have played three out of the six friendly games we have lined-up for the team.
"The team will tackle Go Round FC today, play Bayelsa United on Saturday and Dolphins FC on Sunday."
However, also hinted that the Uhmuahia team have targeted Uche Ihuarulam as a potential replacement for CHAN Eagles and Wydad Casablanca bound, Chisom Chikatara.
"We are looking at the former Lobi Stars ace as one that fill the void created by the 'Kolanut Boy', but if the transfer does not happen Micheal Olaha who scored the equalizing goal against Enyimba FC in the Abia Derby last season can also step into Chikatara's shoes."
The Kennedy Boboye side will kick-off their season campaign with an away game against newly promoted Ikorodu United.
