“We are happy with the draws and are ready for any team we come up against this season,” Elechi said.
“We want to assure fans of the club that we will work hard to get to the Nigeria Professional Football League at the end of the season.”
He added that they are working on and off the pitch to ensure they get the promotion ticket.
“We are ready in every aspect. We are really ready,” Elechi said.
Meanwhile, Go Round FC have continued their preparations for the new season with series of friendly matches played across country.Since after winning the Rivers State FA Cup final the team have played against Bayelsa United, losing 1-0 at Otuoke and then winning 1-0 at the Kris Dera Hotel Stadium in Omoku.
The team moved to the Otu Jolomi Stadium and thrashed J Atete FC 4-2 on Tuesday and will now host Atete in Omoku on Friday before playing against Rangers International in Enugu on
Sunday.
After that they will stay home and prepare for the League opener against Akwa Starlets at the Kris Dera Hotel Stadium on May 6, 2016.
