GBENGA Ogunbote says his target now is to record a victory against Ikorodu United at the Onikan Stadium on match day 30.
The ex-Giwa FC coach told NaijaSportsxtra.blogspot.com after his Oluyole Warriors came from behind to beat Sunshine Stars 2-1 in the South-West derby.
"It's not time to celebrate yet as we are temporarily off the drop zone after the victory and the results from other teams too.
"We'll be going to Lagos with the sole aim of picking the maximum or a point against IKorodu Utd.
"My players too must also double their effort to seeing that we archive this feat. We know it's not going to be easy, certainly we intend to give it our best shot."
On why he choose to leave Sunday Adetunji on the pitch despite his misses that would have prove costly for 3SC, Ogunbote stated that the ex-El Kanemi Warriors striker proved his worth after he converted the second penalty.
"I expected a difficult game, it been a derby."
" For Adetunji, it would have been harsh on him if we had substituted him.
"In football, every fan want to see a striker convert any half chance that comes his way, and once that does not happen, shouldn't mean he's a bad player.
"In a nut-shell we know his quality and that was why he stayed on the pitch for that long. At the end the team profited from it after he scored the winning goal and his second of the game from the penalty spot."
Shooting Stars are placed 14th on the log with 36points from 29 matches.
