Super Eagles new chapter for me-Osimhen

FLYING Eagles striker, Victor Osimhen says he has put behind the U-20 failure of not qualifying for the African Youth Championship(AYC) in Zambia later this year, reports NaijaSportsXtra.blogspot.com.
The Amunike led side could not hold on to the 1-2 first leg result against Sudan only to lose 3-4 to the Sudanese in Lagos.
The Sudan team them edged Nigeria to qualify on away goal rule after the aggregate scoreline of 5-5.
The Wolfburg of Germany youngster told the media at the Eagles Uyo camp that:" I failed with the Flying Eagles but that's a chapter in my past. The Super Eagles is a new chapter."
Osimhen, the World cadet top scorer and most valuable player at the last edition in Chile is yet to get a first international cap with the senior male national team, but says he would be happy to play with John Obi Mikel if given a chance by the German coach in Saturday's AFCON 2017 dead rubber qualifiers against Tanzania Taifa Stars.
"I used to watch Mikel on TV. It's a dream to play alongside him."
