SS Lazio of Italy lawyer, Gian Michele Gentile says the club will pay Ogenyi Onazi his salaries but stressed that there are deadlines to be met as regards payment.
Recall the Nigerian had threatened to drag his former employers to FIFA on grounds that he had not received salaries from them for two months after he joined Turkish side, Trabzonspor.
NaijaSportsXtra.blogspot.com gathered from Lalaziosiamonoi.it after the lawyer said:"We know nothing of this story. I do not know if the news is true or not, I personally was not told anything. I can tell you that according to the norm of the Serie A, the salaries in question were from May and June to October and will be paid but there are deadlines to be met.
"I do not know when, but Onazi or his payments are in the process.
"Lazio has never stray from one day as regards to payments, taxes, social securities and so on.
"Letters of protest from Onazi I have not seen, but I confirm that the salaries will be paid."
