Goalkeeper Fabiyi quits Shooting Stars

BENIN Republic shot-stopper, Emmanuel Fabiyi has quit Shooting Stars FC of Ibadan, reports NaijaSportsXtra.blogspot.com.
The Oluyole Warriors disclosed during the week that the 30-year-old and former Enyimba FC of Aba goalkeeper had left the club on mutual agreement.
Fabiyi who was 3SC first choice goalkeeper wow the Adamasingba fans week-in-week-out with his brilliant saves.
The Benin national who thanked the management and fans of the club, revealed that it was a dream come true for him wearing the colours of the Oluyole War Lords.
Meanwhile, checks into the activities of the club's pre-season camp at the Lekan Salami Stadium informed that in swift reaction to the departure of Fabiyi, the coach Fatai Amoo led technical crew began drilling some goalkeepers whom the club intends to recruit for the new season billed for December.
The Oluyole Warriors goalkeeper trainer, Lateef Yusuff was seen screening for another shot-stopper to join the team.
However, spokesperson to the Ibadan based club, Jubril Arowolo confirmed that the new technical adviser, Amoo has quality replacements for departed stars.
The identities of the players he noted will soon be revealed to the fans and media before the season kicks off.
