NFF orders ABS, Gateway match replay

NIGERIA Football Federation (NFF) disciplinary committee has ordered that the botched promotion game between  ABS FC of Ilorin and Gateway FC be replayed, reports NaijaSportsXtra.blogspot.com.
The Abeokuta who were also fined N1million (1,000, 000) for refusing to play the Nigeria National League (NNL) last day game on the grounds of lack of security, will now be guest to ABS on Wednesday.
Ogun State commissioner for sports Afolabi Afuape who was reported to have ordered the players of the state owned team not to kick the ball, was also warned to be of good conduct after complaints of his comportment at the weekend.
The disciplinary committee who sat in Abuja also stated that new set of match officials will now be appointed for the game which will now be played under locks and keys and with the required number of security agents.
ABS FC and Gateway FC also have the right to appeal the NFF's O and D verdicts.
